Heather Downs Wedding Photos
Lindsey and Don had such a fun wedding day for their November wedding! There were so many special touches and so many emotions throughout the day. From the first look with Lindsey’s dad to Lindsey’s mom’s wedding dress being on display, it was a very personalized wedding. We had some rain and even a few flurries throughout the day, but we loved being a part of their day and telling their love story!
Lindsey wrote a little bit to be about how Don proposed: ” I came home on a Wednesday night to a path of rose petals and candles which lead to him where he was waiting for me on one knee. I know he was talking and saying the sweetest things but I was crying and don’t totally recall what exactly he said! But of course I said YES!”
So adorable! I don’t think many people remember all of the words because it is such a special and perfect moment! Great job, Don!
Don rocked the ceremony as well with another surprise for Lindsey – Lindsey liked the look of double bands, but went with a single band for her wedding band. When Don put the rings on her finger, there was a second wedding band! So sweet!
For their colors and overall vision, Lindsey wanted a very romantic themed wedding with pinks, corals, greens, turquoises with gold and rose gold accents. Also, lots of pumpkins since they are her favorite! It all turned out so perfectly!
Lindsey had her mother’s wedding dress on display and it was a great focal point for guests! Her and Don had a popcorn bar, dessert station, and photobooth at their reception and guests has so much fun checking out the different areas and enjoying themselves.
Congratulations, Lindsey and Don! You two were so much fun, your day turned out beautiful, and you were troopers with the rain and snow!
