Make sure you’re choosing the perfect shoes for your perfect day! Your shoes and your comfort level are honestly SO important! You’ll be on your feet the entire day once everything starts and the last thing you need to worry about is your footwear.
It sounds silly, but you would never think to wear heels in the sand on the beach. So why would you wear heels to a park to take photos? Without these heel protectors, your feet will be sinking into the grass the entire day. I recommend them for every bride, bridesmaid, and mom. Seriously. They are amazing and can be used over and over.
If you don’t want to use heel protectors or wear heels at all, bring a change of shoes. Sandals, wedges, or flats work just fine.
Barefoot on the beach is always super romantic and a dream of so many people – just remember to think about footwear! Crochet barefoot beach sandals are a super cute way to walk down the aisle, but you’ll also need shoes. You’ll definitely encounter rocks, hot pavement, or something as we walk from location to location taking photos.
Remember to think about the photography aspect. I’ll want to incorporate whatever footwear you’re wearing into the photos at some capacity, even if just for a shot or two. Heels photograph well, dressier sandals are always super cute, and I LOVE the bride rocking Converse or TOMS down the aisle – you go, girl! Just make sure whatever you choose from your well-loved favs is clean!
Think about your comfort, too! Will your shoes even be seen? Will you be able to change into different shoes at the reception? Plan ahead and think about things like beach sandals, heel protectors, or fun shoes, and your day will be so much easier!
