Lindsay and Jeff were such an amazing couple to work with! We loved every minute of their wedding…they are so much fun! The two shared a beautiful day in late May with their friends and family at their Heather Downs Country Club wedding.
The couple each got ready in different locations of their church, Most Blessed Sacrament Church. The Toledo Church was quite a sight! It has tall, beautiful brick arches and lots of charm. We loved talking and getting to know Lindsay’s bridesmaids and family members and we popped over and got some getting ready photos before the ceremony of Jeff as well. Lindsay’s friends and family made her a little memory book that she looked over during the getting ready process. It was such a cute way for them to say thanks!
I fell in love with the colors of Lindsay’s bridesmaids’ dresses. So pretty for spring! After the two were married, they shared a bubble exit and a kiss. Then we were off to Wildwood and Levis Commons in Perrysburg for some portraits!
First stop on our list for wedding portraits was Wildwood Park. I love photographing here in all of the beautiful locations within the park! Toledo has such great Metroparks in the area. The couple laughed, danced, and shared many adorable moments together.
After our stop at Wildwood, Lindsay had mentioned stopping in Levis Commons in Perrysburg for some portraits as well. She fell in love with the clock tower at Levis and we were extremely happy to capture some beautiful portraits at this location
The two met at Quarters Bar in Perrysburg, so it was only fitting to stop for a drink in between portraits and the reception.
The reception took place at the beautiful Heather Downs Country Club. I loved the rose gold sequined tablecloths, brewed beer favors, and cute little accent pieces. It all came together perfectly.
Jeff had always dreamed of a nacho bar at his wedding, so his dream came true later in the evening after dinner when the dancing and fun really started! After the nacho bar, the couple exited with a beautiful sparkler exit, kissing and sharing a moment with sparklers of their own. It was a night their guests will never forget and I was glad to help capture the special day!
