Thinking about an industrial wedding in Toledo, Ohio? Well look no further – I am here to help you choose the perfect spot and give you some of the best options in Northwest Ohio!
Before I dive into the best industrial wedding venues in Toledo, what exactly does industrial mean when it comes to a wedding location? Typically, industrial venues are warehouses, once abandoned buildings and lofts. Most of these structures have exposed ductwork and pipes, gorgeous brick walls, perfectly peeling paint, and cement floors. These elements are typically paired with more of a “chic” look including chandeliers, draped fabric, and lots of bling.
So, what are my favorites?
Located on N. Superior Street in downtown Toledo, this restaurant also has a beautiful cocktail hour area and space perfect for your ceremony and reception. Accommodating up to 250 guests, this space serves as a great location for an industrial wedding. Keep in mind with this venue that you will be using their catering since it is taking place inside of their building. Food is served family style from my experiences here and the ceremony and reception take place back to back, making this a great venue if you’re debating a first look. Sneak away to Hensville or take a quick stroll down the street to grab some more versatile photos in between!
Hensville, specifically The Armory, is a gorgeous space with brick walls, exposed ductwork, and a great BONUS with a rooftop that is perfect for sunset shots. Located across from Fifth Third Field inside the Fleetwood Building, the Armory can house up to 250 of your wedding guests. Hensville covers the catering here and your guests will be sure to be wow-ed by the Warehouse District views and unique views of the stadium. Their website says, “
Host your wedding among the bustling restaurants and shops that make up the fastest-growing urban district in the 419. With multiple hotels within blocks of our venues and convenient parking steps away from our doors, your guests will love the downtown experience.”
Located on St. Clair Street, this venue used to be an old warehouse and has everything you would want for an industrial venue. The Venues includes exposed ductwork, a wooden accent wall, and brick walls galore to satisfy your itch for an industrial wedding venue in downtown Toledo. Whether you are having your ceremony or reception at this beautiful wedding venue, they can accommodate up to 275 guests.
Cute downtown Toledo space on Monroe Street with tons of lighting and exposed brick. The Blarney Event Center can fit 150 of your guests and offers delicious meal options for everyone. I love all of the industrial lighting here and the pallet ceiling.
