A nighttime photo of a couple kissing in front Nazareth Hall

It’s not often that you meet a couple that has been together as long as Amanda and Zac. Before I go into detail about their fall wedding photography and how amazing they are together, there is a story that needs to be told.

It all started when Amanda’s Jr. High School bus route was changed and she had no one to sit with. She walked all the way to the back of the bus and saw a boy sitting by himself. She asked if she could join him and he said yes. That boy was Zac! When I asked Amanda how she knew he was the one, she told me, “When I couldn’t imagine my life without him, and when he loved me even when I couldn’t love myself. He has and always will take care of me and make me laugh like no one else can.”

Their wedding day was just as spectacular as the day they met. It was a very warm and romantic autumn theme with gorgeous burgundy, navy and burnt orange colors. Along with the fall jewel tones, there were lots of pumpkins, fall flowers, and lace. Both the ceremony and reception were very cozy and fall-inspired.

Amanda and Zac’s ceremony took place outside on a cool crisp day. After their short and sweet ceremony, guests made their way inside for the reception. They were greeted with sunflower and apple centerpieces, lots of pumpkins – including velvet pumpkin place card favors, and all the beauty of the historic venue in Ohio. They also had a dessert and cider bar. It was very fall and festive!

During cocktail hour, we spent some time with the wedding party (the girls had the most gorgeous full-length burgundy velvet long sleeve dresses) and with the couple. Amanda’s cathedral-length veil made for some gorgeous shots with the wind.

Congratulations, Amanda and Zac! I wish you many years of happiness to come!
