Another Friday wedding filed with more glorious weather! I walked into Mallory’s sister’s home early Friday afternoon and immediately heard a house filled with laughter and saw so many beautiful women that just radiated love and excitement for Mallory. After a confetti toss and some champagne popping, the ladies got into their dressed and off they went.
A little backstory about Mallory and Kyle – I asked Mallory how the couple met and she said, “We technically met the first time on a co-ed touch football team! He took note of my awesome football skills of course but we were both dating other people at the time so we didn’t end up getting together until years later when we were reintroduced by a mutual friend at zombie crawl. I was covered in fake blood, I guess he was into that look because he asked our friend for my number the next day and the rest is history.”
We had some fun at the Toledo Museum of Art and I was so lucky to have Mallory’s two sisters to help with Mallory’s cathedral length veil. We got some gorgeous veil shots and then we also got the hilarious shot below where the veil just blew directly on their faces.
One part of Mallory and Kyle’s day that I loved and was a surprise to everyone was for their first dance, Kyle recorded himself actually SINGING IT with 2 friends singing backup. The newly recorded song played while they danced together.
We ended the night with sunset photos on an overgrown hill near downtown Toledo and I was so happy to spend my day with this couple and see their big smiles all day!
