Lovett Hall Wedding | Detroit Wedding Photography

I had an AMAZING first wedding of the year with Brooke and Paul for their Lovett Hall wedding at the Henry Ford Museum! Their day was filled with so much joy and laughter! At the end of the night on the balcony of their Detroit wedding venue, Brooke described her day to me as perfect and said that everything went exactly how she had hoped. Music to my ears!

I absolutely love traveling for weddings and I was so excited to adventure with these two for their Detroit wedding photography. Lovett Hall is about 15 minutes from Detroit and I don’t charge any travel fees to go near and around the Motor City. It’s only about an hour from Toledo!

Brooke imagined a fairytale wedding and she got exactly that! From her elaborate flowers to the glowing chandeliers and beautiful ballroom, it truly was a perfect day. She accented the beauty of the hall with her navy, blush, and gold color palette. Brooke had hints of a vintage vibe with these adorable wooden signs she created herself.

I started out day meeting up with the groom, Paul, and his guys. After I spent some time with the guys, I met up with Brooke and her girls and grabbed some photos of Brooke getting into the stunning first dress she wore. The bride purchased a ceremony and a reception gown for after the formal dances. Her dresses were absolutely beautiful and Brooke made such a stunning bride!

The ceremony was short and sweet and after portraits, the fun started at the reception! The couple and their friends and family tore up the dance floor and to end the night, we had Brooke and Paul go out to the balcony for one last romantic photo.

Congratulations, guys! What a beautiful and perfect day for two amazing people!
