Natalie and Mike are one of those couples I instantly connected with and felt honored to be a part of their special day. The pair is so in love and they were truly both so excited to get married. Natalie was jumping up and down when it came time for Mike to kiss the bride. The couple’s woodland wedding photos were absolutely beautiful!
For the wedding vision and theme on the wedding day, Natalie and Mike had a woodland/garden theme. The colors were rose gold, blush, and navy. Natalie’s consultant Nikki at White Arbor Bridal called it “whimsical woodland” and the day was formal with a romantic, “whimsical” feel!
The couple got married outdoors for their ceremony. Their reception took place inside the venue’s largest ballroom. Natalie wore a floral crown and Lily, her daughter, wore a matching floral crown. Lily was right by Natalie’s side the whole day!
Something fun that we were able to do during Natalie and Mike’s engagement session was so surprise Lily with the news that she would be the Maid of Honor! Natalie got in touch with me before the session and mentioned having a gift for Lily to open and asked if we could take some photos of her reaction. Of course, I said yes!
I am so happy to show everyone these photos because I feel like they really captured the fun and beauty of the day. However, I am seriously SO sad this wedding is over because Natalie and I built such a relationship together throughout this process. It helped that we had also known each other from a few years ago when I photographed her friend Jess’s wedding as well. Congrats, you three! You’re the cutest little family and I cannot wait to see where life takes you together!
