Hey there! I’m Lindsay Rozelle!
Before I tell you a little about me, I want to tell you what my couples love about me.
My couples love THAT I:
→ Photograph all the in-between candid moments
→ Also grab those must-have posed shots (and make it speedy!)
→ Valued their guests as much as I valued my own on my wedding day.
→ Am LGBTQ+ friendly!
→ Go above and beyond showing up and “just taking pretty photos”.
→ Learn your absolute must-have shots, and help you create the perfect timeline to get them!
→ Deliver photos, regardless if they’re engagement or wedding photos, within 4 weeks.
But let's rewind a bit first.
The Luckybird Experience came about because 9 years ago, I was right where you are. I met my husband when we were both 14 years old. I saw him and my braces-wearing self instantly melted into the floor. I had a crush, and my mind was going a mile an hour (I hope you get that reference!). I HAD to get to know this dude. Thankfully, he felt the same way and our story continues on, now together for 16 years and married with 2 kids (that glow up tho).
We were totally clueless when it came to our wedding photography and hired someone I went to school with. Don’t get me wrong, she was absolutely amazing. But, I wish she would have taken the time to really get to know what we wanted out of our wedding and helped us with our timeline so that we had more portraits of us together. One of my biggest memories from that day is stressing between the ceremony and reception because we were stuck in traffic. Can you imagine if that big memory was hanging out with my wedding party after portraits were done, instead?
Luckybird Photography came about because I vowed that when I finally opened my own photography business, I would educate my couples and never let them make the mistakes that we did. I’ve been in your wedding planning shoes before and I am here to help craft some authentic, natural, and full of emotion wedding photos for you. Because you deserve to have that.
