Nazareth Hall Lady Glen Wedding
Friday was an incredible day with an incredible couple! Jayne and Garrett got married on the perfect September day, exchanged an emotional first look and vows on the Lady Glen lawn at Nazareth Hall, and partied the night away! They had such a fun and helpful wedding party and we had such a long time for photos so we could really get creative and have some fun. It truly was an amazing day and I cannot wait to share their story below:
When I asked Jayne about how they met, she said, “We met through a mutual friend but originally parted ways. Many months later, we ran into each other again and remembered having previously met and got to talking a little bit. We exchanged contact information and, again, went our separate ways. Garrett ended up reaching out right when the school year ended and we began casually talking here and there throughout the summer. One of the first weeks back to school, we ran into each other at a philanthropy event and we’re inseparable going forward.”
There was a park that Jayne and Garrett used to walk at near their house. On one walk, the pair stumbled upon a swing back off the path that soon became a frequent stop. Every time they stopped there, they would stay and swing. Over time, this particular spot ended up being the place where they started talking about their dreams for the future. On the day of the proposal, the pair went on a walk to that same spot and Garrett got down on one knee.
