Double-check the timeline with your coordinator and vendors to ensure a smooth flow for your photographer.


2. Unplugged Ceremony Reminder

Kindly remind your guests to put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony for a distraction-free atmosphere with signage and by having your officiant announce a phone-free ceremony moments before you walk down the aisle.


3. Emergency Kit

Pack an emergency kit with essentials for you and your bridal party, including safety pins, stain removers, extra lipstick, tissues, and comfortable shoes.


4. Personal Touches

Gather any personal touches or heirlooms you’d like to include in your photos, like jewelry, family photos, or sentimental trinkets. Have them in one bag/box ready to go go.


5. Vendor Meals

Make sure your vendors, including your photographer, videographers, DJ, and planners, are included in the meal count.
